Shipping policy

1. Prices, shipping costs and payment conditions

(1) The prices shown in the shop are in Swiss francs and include packaging and currently applicable statutory VAT. The provider reserves the right to limit or end special offers or discounts at any time.

(2) The costs for shipping the ordered goods depend on the size and weight of the ordered goods. For any order under CHF 65.00, additional shipping costs will be charged according to Swiss Post prices. From an order value of CHF 65.00, no additional shipping costs are incurred by the customer. The shipping costs are displayed to the customer on the overview page in the shopping basket system of the shop before the order is submitted and are confirmed when the offer is submitted. They will be shown separately in the invoice and added to the total amount of your order. If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, the shipping costs will only be charged once.

(3) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Where the supplier is required by choice or by law to issue or make available invoices, the supplier reserves the right to issue or make available electronic invoices and the customer consents to this form of invoicing.

(4) The Provider offers the Customer the option to choose between the payment options credit card (VISA or Mastercard), Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. If the customer chooses the payment option credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, the delivery will be sent as soon as the receipt of payment is booked with the provider. If the customer chooses the payment option Paypal, he will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process, where all his data are stored. The customer only has to enter his e-mail address and password to complete the purchase securely. As soon as the receipt of payment is booked with the provider in each case, the delivery is set on its way.

(5) Additional fees may be incurred for payment methods using PayPal, credit card. These are paid  by the customer and cannot be refunded.

(6) Provider reserves the right to offer customers only the payment method credit card or cash on delivery.

 

2. Delivery

(1) Shipment by Swiss Post shall be made from Ostermundigen (Switzerland) exclusively to Switzerland to the address specified by the customer.

(2) Only an address within Switzerland can be given as the delivery address that differs from the invoice address.

(3) The supplier is entitled to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent.

(4) Unless otherwise stated in the product description or in an order confirmation, the delivery time is five to ten working days from order confirmation by the supplier.

(5) Time differences as well as the blocking of a specific delivery date are possible, especially on peak days with exceptionally high delivery volumes, whereby any claims for damages as well as further claims of the customer are excluded.

(6) No deliveries will be made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays.

(7) If the customer is not on site at the time of delivery and has not given any special delivery instructions, the delivery will be deposited at the front door of the company or at the reception. Depending on the delivery window, delivery may also be made to a neighbour living in the same building if the customer has provided their address and telephone number in the customer account under „optional information“ before placing the order. If the customer‘s letterbox belongs to a letterbox system, the delivery driver will leave a collection invitation in the letterbox. The customer must then collect the delivery from the relevant post office.

(8) The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by her.
