Refund policy
Our returns policy is valid for 10 days. If your purchase was made more than 10 days ago, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Personalized items are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer, but contact the manufacturer first.
Only partial refunds will be given in certain situations (if applicable).

Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.Â
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at hello@misweetcompany.com.
Offer item
Refunds can only be made on regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.
Exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at hello@misweetcompany.com and send the item to: Akazienweg 6a, 3072 Ostermundigen, Switzerland.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Akazienweg 6a, 3072 Ostermundigen, Switzerland.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item worth over CHF 65, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned.
